Product Classification Overview
Classification by Insulation & Enamel Type
• BYHZQY‑N: Semi‑hard paper‑insulated self‑bonding polyester enameled transposed conductor.
• BYHZQXY: Semi‑hard paper‑insulated polyesterimide enameled transposed conductor (Class 180), suitable for high‑temperature dry‑type / oil‑immersed applications.
• BYHZQXY‑N: Semi‑hard paper‑insulated self‑bonding polyesterimide enameled transposed conductor.
• BYHZQXYF: Semi‑hard paper‑insulated polyimide composite enameled transposed conductor (Class 200), for ultra‑high temperature applications.
Classification by Outer Insulation Material
• Electrical cable paper insulation (standard type): Cost‑effective, suitable for conventional oil‑immersed transformers.
• Aramid paper (Nomex) insulation: Thermal class 180°C, ideal for dry‑type / high‑heat resistance applications.
• Polyester non‑woven tape insulation: Class 155, high mechanical strength, good tear resistance.
• Grid‑bound type (paperless / perforated paper tape): Lightweight design for UHV / large‑capacity applications.
• PET film insulation: Thin‑wall insulation, low high‑frequency loss, suitable for special reactors.
Classification by Self‑Bonding Characteristic
• Standard type (non self‑bonding): BYHZQQ, for conventional windings, fixed by impregnation.
• Self‑bonding type (BYHZQQN, etc.): Thermal bonding improves winding integrity; designed for dry‑type / short‑circuit resistant applications.
• Single‑sided / double‑sided self‑bonding on wide face: Optimizes bonding area and enhances short‑circuit withstand capability.
