Each batch on every production line undergoes a rigorous series of daily inspections, covering full-process quality monitoring from raw material incoming to finished product delivery. The tests are performed using our advanced testing equipment, including Enameled Wire Thermal Endurance Class Precision Tester, Voltage Breakdown Tester, Enameled Wire Outer Diameter (OD) Tester, Enameled Wire DC Resistance Tester, Computerized Universal Testing Machine, ZGQ-16B Automatic High-Voltage Enamel Continuity Tester, ZHX-L Solderability Tester, ZDG-25 Intelligent Unidirectional Paint Scraping Tester, and QJ57 Type DC Resistance Bridge.

The detection process follows a strict three-stage protocol: first, 100% incoming inspection of copper and Aluminum Wire raw materials to verify purity and dimensional accuracy; second, in-process sampling tests every 2 hours during enameled wire production, focusing on enamel thickness, continuity, and solderability; third, final batch inspection for each finished product, which includes thermal endurance class verification, dielectric loss measurement, wire diameter precision calibration, and tensile strength testing. Our Enameled Wire Thermal Endurance Class Precision Tester, recognized as the most accurate in the industry, ensures thermal performance data meets IEC 60317 and ASTM D230 standards. Meanwhile, the high-precision Enameled Wire OD Tester guarantees wire diameter tolerance within ±0.001mm, exceeding customer-specific requirements.
