Mature Composite PCM Exported & Commercially Applied, New CPCM+Liquid Cooling Solution Under R&D
Our self-developed Composite Phase Change Material (CPCM) has achieved mass commercial application and stable overseas export. With verified production capacity and reliable performance, our products provide passive and high-safety thermal management solutions for global energy storage systems, electric bicycles and low-speed electric vehicles.
Traditional pure paraffin PCM has obvious industry defects, including low thermal conductivity, easy leakage after melting and poor temperature uniformity, which cannot meet the long-term safety requirements of power batteries. Our modified composite PCM adopts high thermal conductivity skeleton composite technology, solving the weaknesses of pure PCM. It maintains high latent heat, excellent thermal conductivity, shape stability and anti-leakage performance, effectively balancing battery temperature, reducing module temperature difference and preventing thermal propagation.
At present, our mature CPCM materials are widely applied in electric bicycles and low-speed new energy electric vehicles. For e-bike batteries, CPCM suppresses abnormal temperature rise during fast charging and long-time riding, improves cell consistency, and avoids battery swelling and aging risks without extra power consumption. For low-speed electric vehicles, CPCM realizes long-term temperature balance under frequent start-stop and continuous driving conditions, effectively extending battery cycle life.
Based on the mature mass production and export experience of composite PCM, our key R&D direction is CPCM + liquid cooling coupled thermal management system. Standalone PCM will face heat saturation under long-time high-power operation and fast charging, which cannot meet the demands of passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.
The CPCM & liquid cooling hybrid solution perfectly combines the advantages of two technologies: CPCM provides excellent temperature uniformity and instantaneous heat buffering, while the liquid cooling system realizes continuous heat dissipation. This complementary solution adapts to high-rate fast charging and extreme working conditions, becoming the most promising new-generation BTMS for new energy vehicles.
In the future, we will continuously optimize CPCM formula and integration technology, accelerate the engineering verification and mass production of CPCM+liquid cooling system, and expand application scenarios from two-wheelers and low-speed energy storage to high-end passenger cars and commercial power batteries, providing efficient, safe and cost-effective thermal management materials for the global new energy industry.
